A Medication Review is a one-on-one appointment with our pharmacist to go over all your current medications — both prescription and non-prescription — so you can feel confident about what you’re taking and why.

• We’ll create a personalized medication plan and provide you with a Best Possible Medication History Form for your records.

• Covered every 6 months for eligible BC residents with a PHN.

• Recommended if you take multiple medications, have frequent prescription changes, manage chronic conditions, or find your medication routine confusing.
